Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citi, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and RBS, in connection with the US$1.25 billion registered debt offering of, and concurrent debt tender offer by, Alcoa Inc., the world leader in the production and management of primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum and alumina at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on April 21, 2011.
