On April 28, 2010, Cravath partner C. Allen Parker will serve as a Panel Chair at the City Bar Center for CLE program, “Advising Public Companies: Lessons for In-House and Outside Counsel.” Allen will Chair a panel, entitled “Shareholder Relations,” in which proxy infrastructure, corporate governance ratings and shareholder participation in corporate governance will be discussed.
