On February 26, 2010, Cravath partner C. Allen Parker spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s “Leveraged Financing 2010,” a conference and live webcast in New York City. Allen participated in a panel discussion entitled “Leveraged Financing Today.” Panelists examined the factors underlying refinancing and new deal activity in the leveraged finance market, as well as recent trends in deal structures.
