On December 10, 2009, Cravath partner Andrew W. Needham spoke at the “22nd Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation,” a two-day conference held in Washington, D.C. The conference was jointly presented by the George Washington University Law School, the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Andy chaired a panel discussion entitled “Emerging Issues in Cross-Border Workouts.”
