Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$109 million initial public offering of common stock of Annie’s, Inc., a natural and organic food company. Annie’s is a portfolio company of Solera Capital. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on April 2, 2012.
