Cravath represented the borrowers, Blount International, Inc. and Omark Properties, Inc., in connection with their $300 million revolving credit facility and $300 million term loan facility made available by Bank of America, N.A. Blount International, Inc. is a global manufacturer and marketer of replacement parts, equipment and accessories for consumers and professionals operating primarily in two market segments: forestry, lawn, and garden; and farm, ranch and agriculture. The transaction closed on May 5, 2015.
