Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Piper Jaffray and Jefferies, in connection with the US$139 million registered secondary offering of common stock of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc., the largest and fastest‑growing specialty retailer of western and work wear in the United States. Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Freeman Spogli & Co. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 3, 2015.
