Cravath represented J.P. Morgan Securities as initial purchaser in connection with the US$150 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior notes offering of Bumble Bee Holdco S.C.A., the holding company of the largest producer and marketer of shelf-stable seafood in North America at the time of the offering. Bumble Bee Holdco S.C.A. is a portfolio company of Lion Capital LLP. The transaction closed on March 10, 2011.
