Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Wells Fargo Securities, Scotiabank, RBS and Barclays, in connection with the US$300 million registered senior debt offering of CBRE Services, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on September 26, 2014.

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of CBRE Services, Inc., a direct wholly‑owned subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, based on 2022 revenue. The transaction closed on February 23, 2024.
