Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$259 million registered offering of common stock of CoStar Group, Inc., a leading provider of information and analytic services to the commercial real estate industry in the United States, United Kingdom and parts of France. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on June 1, 2011.
