Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$1.0 billion senior notes offering by CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., one of the largest publicly traded operators of hospitals in the United States. The transaction closed on November 22, 2011.
Cravath also represented Credit Suisse as dealer manager for the US$1.0 billion senior notes tender offer by Community Health Systems.
