Cravath Named Litigation: Mergers & Acquisitions Law Firm of the Year by U.S. News & World Report-Best Lawyers

On November 1, 2012, Cravath received the 2013 U.S. News & World Report-Best Lawyers “Law Firm of the Year” award in Litigation: Mergers & Acquisitions. Only one law firm is honored in each practice area category. Awards are given based on a combination of client survey results, feedback from peers who practice in the same area of law and an evaluation of a firm’s work during the past year.
