On June 10, 2011, Cravath received the 2011 Chambers USA Award for Excellence in Corporate/M&A. This is the second year the Firm has received this honor. Cravath partner C. Allen Parker accepted the award on behalf of the Firm at a reception and dinner held in New York. In addition to receiving this award, Cravath was nominated for 2011 Awards for Excellence in Finance and Intellectual Property.
