Cravath represented Raphael Yakoby, a New York entrepreneur, in the sale to Diageo of an additional interest in London Group, LLC. London Group is a joint venture between Yakoby and Diageo that owns NUVO, an imported pink sparkling liqueur. The transaction increases Diageo’s stake to approximately 70%.
