Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse and Nomura, in connection with a US$124 million registered offering of common stock of Dollar Financial Corp., a leading international diversified financial services company serving primarily unbanked and under-banked consumers. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on May 13, 2011.
