Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BNP Paribas, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the €650 million registered senior debt offering of Expedia, Inc., one of the world’s largest travel companies, with an extensive brand portfolio that includes leading online travel brands, such as Expedia.com®, Hotels.com® and Hotwire®. The transaction closed on June 3, 2015.
