Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, BNP PARIBAS and Crédit Agricole CIB, in connection with the €250 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior debt offering of Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe B.V., a majority-owned subsidiary of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tires. The transaction closed on April 20, 2011.
