Goodyear’s Registered High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the US$900 million registered high‑yield senior debt offering of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tires. The transaction closed on February 25, 2013.
