Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, HSBC and Landesbank Baden‑Württemberg, in connection with the €205 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, the world’s largest manufacturer of sheet‑fed offset printing presses. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 5, 2015.

The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Market. The transaction closed on March 19, 2024.
