Cravath represented Goldman Sachs Bank USA in connection with the arrangement of $1 billion of senior credit facilities made available to Hess Infrastructure Partners LP in connection with its formation as a joint venture between Hess Corporation and Global Infrastructure Partners. The transaction closed on July 1, 2015.
