On January 4, 2012, IBM announced a definitive agreement to acquire Green Hat, a leader in software quality and testing solutions for the “cloud” and other environments. Cravath represented IBM in connection with this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition was completed on January 10, 2012.
