Cravath represented INEOS Finance plc in connection with its US$2.375 billion and €500 million term loans and US$775 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior secured debt offering, guaranteed by INEOS Group Holdings S.A., INEOS Luxembourg S.A., INEOS Holdings Limited and certain of their subsidiaries. INEOS is one of the world’s largest chemical companies and has highly integrated, world-class chemical facilities and production technologies. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transactions closed on May 4, 2012 and April 26, 2012, respectively.
