On March 5, 2010, Cravath partner John W. White will speak at the Association of Corporate Counsel (WESFACCA chapter) program entitled “A Day with the SEC” in Darien, Connecticut. John will participate in the afternoon session on current Corporation Finance issues with the current and other former Directors of the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC.
