On April 22, 2010, Cravath partners LizabethAnn R. Eisen and Eric L. Schiele will speak at “Securities Offerings 2010: From the Kickoff Meeting to the Closing Dinner—Getting Your Deal Done in a Changing Marketplace,” a conference and live webcast in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute.
