On April 2, 2011, Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 29th Annual Spring Meeting held in National Harbor, Maryland. Paul spoke on a panel entitled “Intercreditor Issues and their Impact on the Chapter 11 Process,” which discussed the issues that complex capital structures present in Chapter 11 restructurings and the ways in which the dynamics of secured debt affect the reorganization strategies available for debtors.
