On October 7-8, 2010, Cravath partners Philip A. Gelston and Paul H. Zumbro spoke at the “Seventh Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions,” a conference held in New York City and co-sponsored by the New York City Bar and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Phil spoke on two panels, entitled “Deal Lawyers’ Guide to Major Issues in Drafting Public Company Acquisition Agreements” and “SEC Developments Regarding M&As.” Paul spoke on a panel entitled “Using Bankruptcy Jurisdiction as an Alternative to Traditional Asset Acquisition.”
