On June 7, 2010, Cravath partner Richard Levin served as a Co-Chair at the “Tenth Annual International Insolvency Conference,” a two-day conference in Rome, Italy. Rich Co-Chaired a panel entitled “If We Were Doing It Again: Reflections on Improving Chapter 11 and Contrasting International Experiences,” in which panelists discussed the effect in other countries of changes in US Chapter 11 law and practice since its enactment in 1978.
