Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and HSBC, in connection with the US$550 million 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering by Taylor Morrison Communities, Inc. and Monarch Communities Inc. The offering closed on April 13, 2012. Taylor Morrison is owned by a consortium of private equity sponsors and is the largest privately owned home builder in the United States.
