On April 30, 2012, Terra Firma, a leading private equity firm, announced that it has agreed to acquire Four Seasons, the United Kingdom’s largest independent elderly and specialist care provider, for a total consideration of up to £825 million, which will be financed through a mixture of equity and new debt. Cravath represented Terra Firma in connection with its high-yield bridge and bond financing for this transaction.
The Cravath team included partner Philip J. Boeckman and associate Alexander Muller in the Firm’s London office.
