On June 23, 2011, Cravath partner Timothy G. Cameron spoke at the Bloomberg Law 6th Annual Securities Law Seminar: Developments in Securities Litigation and Enforcement, held in New York City. Tim gave a presentation entitled “Recent Developments Involving Insider Trading & Lessons from the Galleon Case,” in which he discussed trends in the investigation and prosecution of insider trading, the increased focus on hedge fund activity and the use of wiretap evidence in the Galleon criminal trial.
