Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$389 million initial public offering of common stock of Tumi Holdings, Inc., a high-growth, global, premium lifestyle brand whose products offer a comprehensive line of travel and business products and accessories. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on April 24, 2012.
