Erik R. Tavzel is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Erik’s practice covers a variety of areas, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate matters.
Erik was born in Washington, D.C. He joined Cravath in 1998 and became a partner in 2006.
