LizabethAnn R. Eisen is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. LizAnn’s practice consists primarily of domestic and international corporate finance transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. She also advises the Firm’s corporate clients in their securities and other corporate transactions and with respect to their SEC reporting obligations

LizAnn is a frequent speaker and author on the securities laws and SEC rules and regulations. She is one of the six partners who oversee the Firm’s pro bono project with the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore and the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian.

LizAnn comes from Portland, Oregon. She joined Cravath in 1997 and became a partner in 2005.
