Marc S. Rosenberg is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Marc’s practice includes securities work and mergers and acquisitions, as well as counseling boards of directors, audit committees and senior management in connection with governance issues, SEC investigations and other special situations.
Marc was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1985 and became a partner in 1990.
