Susan Webster is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Susan’s practice is diverse. She has advised companies on corporate governance and public disclosure issues and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities offerings.

Susan was born in Hartford, Connecticut. She joined Cravath in 1984 and became a partner in 1991.
