Cravath’s real estate practice encompasses a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including real estate fund offerings, portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as more traditional real estate development, purchase, sale, financing and restructuring transactions. The real estate group also works with the Litigation Department in connection with real-estate-related litigation. The principal clients of the group have included the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, O’Connor Capital Partners, Westbrook Partners, The Dermot Company, Tishman Speyer Properties, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, the Field Family, W.E. Simon & Sons, the Oneida Nation of NY and Lazard Frères.
