London Office
The London office was opened in 1973, but Cravath has been involved in European transactions for nearly a hundred years and has had a Paris or London office for most of the past century. The London office is staffed with approximately 30 lawyers, including four partners, one European Counsel and 24 associates. Many of the associates are on an 18- to 24-month rotation program from the New York office. Thirteen different nationalities are represented among our London lawyers, ensuring we are fluent in many of the local languages across Europe and in other markets.
