Thomas G. Rafferty is a partner in Cravath’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Rafferty graduated from Harvard Law School in 1988, joined Cravath and became a partner in 1994 and has represented the Firm’s clients in a number of high profile matters. Mr. Rafferty’s practice has included bench and jury trials as well as appellate work.
