Allegion’s $1.2 Billion of Senior Unsecured Credit Facilities

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $700 million term loan A facility and a $500 million revolving credit facility, made available to Allegion Public Limited Company and Allegion US Holding Company Inc., leading global providers of security products and solutions. The facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on September 12, 2017.
