Four Decades for Justice
Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BNP Paribas, HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Mizuho Securities, in connection with the €2.7 billion registered fixed and floating rate notes offering of Allergan Funding SCS, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Allergan plc, formerly known as Actavis plc, a global specialty pharmaceutical company. The notes were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 26, 2017.
