Cravath represented Bank of America, N.A., as arranger of a $4 billion unsecured revolving credit facility for Alphabet Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Google Inc., to be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on February 12, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner James D. Cooper and associates Matthew C. Young and Zachary A. Portnoy on banking matters and partner J. Leonard Teti II and associate Jonathan D. Grossman on tax matters. Ashley May also worked on tax matters.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. is a global innovator in the computing, communications and electronics market. The transaction announced on March 28, 2024.

Cravath represented the administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner in connection with $14 billion of credit facilities made available to RTX Corporation, an aerospace and defense company that provides systems and services for commercial, military, and government customers worldwide. The facilities consisted of a $10 billion bridge credit facility and a $4 billion term loan facility. The transactions closed on October 24, 2023 and November 7, 2023.

The facilities consisted of a $355 million tranche one revolving credit facility and a $2.045 billion tranche two revolving credit facility. The transaction closed on October 6, 2023.
