Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $100 million term loan A facility, a $1.55 billion term loan B facility and a $900 million multi‑currency revolving credit facility, made available to American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. to finance its acquisition of Metaldyne Performance Group Inc., repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on April 6, 2017.
