Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $2.5 billion 3‑year unsecured term loan facility, a $2.5 billion 5‑year unsecured term loan facility and an increased and extended $1 billion unsecured revolving credit facility made available to Analog Devices, Inc. to fund its pending acquisition of Linear Technology Corporation. The transaction closed on September 23, 2016.
