Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, SMBC Nikko and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $750 million registered senior notes offering of Analog Devices, Inc., a leading global high‑performance analog technology company dedicated to solving the toughest engineering challenges. The transaction closed on March 12, 2018.
