Andy Pitts Speaks on Investment Banking Compliance at SIFMA’s C&L Annual Seminar

Cravath partner Andrew J. Pitts spoke at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Compliance & Legal Society Annual Seminar, which was held in Phoenix, Arizona from March 24‑27, 2019. Andy spoke on a panel entitled “Investment Banking Compliance,” which discussed best practices for managing conflicts of interest and tracking confidential information, issues posed by securities offerings and cross-border transactions.
