Arrangement of Financing for Acquisition of RBmedia by KKR

Cravath represented Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as administrative agent, in connection with the arrangement of a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility made available to an affiliate of KKR. Proceeds were used to finance the acquisition of RBmedia by KKR and for working capital and general corporate purposes. RBmedia is a producer of spoken audio contents and digital media distribution technology. The transaction closed on August 31, 2018.
