Cravath represented Citibank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of an amended and restated $100 million five‑year revolving credit facility, made available to Artisan Partners Holdings LP, to be used to repay existing indebtedness and for working capital and general corporate purposes. Artisan Partners Holdings LP is an intermediary holding company of Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc., a leading investment management firm. The transaction closed on August 16, 2017.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. is a global innovator in the computing, communications and electronics market. The transaction announced on March 28, 2024.

The facilities consisted of a $10 billion bridge credit facility and a $4 billion term loan facility. The transactions closed on October 24, 2023 and November 7, 2023.
