Baptist Health South Florida, Inc.’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with the arrangement of a $250 million revolving credit facility made available to Baptist Health South Florida, Inc., a not‑for‑profit health care organization that operates medical plazas, surgical facilities and hospitals. The transaction closed on June 19, 2020.

The Cravath team included partner Michael S. Goldman and associates Kelly M. Smercina and Carol Lin on banking matters, and partner J. Leonard Teti II on tax matters. Duncan H. Hardell also worked on tax matters.
