Cravath represented the underwriters, J.P. Morgan and Jefferies, in connection with the $168 million registered secondary common stock offering of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc., the largest and fastest‑growing specialty retailer of western and work wear in the United States. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 22, 2018.
