Four Decades for Justice
On June 5, 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved a $190 million settlement with Cravath client Computer Sciences Corp. (“CSC”) to resolve an investigation related to allegations of accounting and securities fraud in connection with CSC’s contract with the United Kingdom’s National Health Service. Pursuant to the settlement, CSC did not admit or deny the allegations of fraud.
The Cravath team included partners Evan R. Chesler and Benjamin Gruenstein.
